AOCP is seeking qualified individuals to establish and operate AOCP Branch Offices in or near the cities shown on the map. All qualified individuals will be considered as well as mergers with existing firms that would like to increase their deal size and benefit from the AOCP marketing and support services outlined below.
Branch Office “On-Site” responsibilities include lead working, client engagement, information gathering for offering memoranda, client interface & negotiation, advisor interface, presentation and management of offers and closings. The Richmond office does everything else.
AOCP Headquarters support in Richmond provides continuous direct mail prospecting and lead generation services, branded advertising materials, on-line computer systems including process systems, contact management, templates & financial management tools, classroom & field training, a market valuation for each sell-side client engaged, offering memo preparation for each sell-side client engaged, listing advertising support including media, strategic mailings, & web-site advertising, corporate web site with branch office pages, “in-person” partner support, inquiry administrative support, and access to a full range of investment banking products including sell-side, buy-side, cap raise, consulting (value mentoring), & valuation services.
