The Buy-Side Process

After engaging Alpha Omega to represent you in finding a business, we will supply you with a list of Standard Industrial Codes (to the eighth digit), States (detailed by county), and Company Annual Sales Ranges appropriate to your investment. You simply highlight the codes, states (or counties), and company sizes that you would like included in the search. Alpha Omega will complete a search of databases and then supply you with a report listing the companies that meet your criteria. If you want to buy a business and have a list of companies that you have previously contacted, our unique software will remove them from the target list. After reviewing the report with you, we will contact the CEO of each company on the list. We will then submit a report to your firm providing a brief synopsis about each prospect that would like to be considered. After reviewing each opportunity, we will coordinate contact and negotiations with each prospect making it easier for you to buy a business.
