Kasra has evaluated numerous middle market companies as an investment banking analyst and as a business broker. He has a strong engineering background; he previously worked as a systems engineer for a defense contractor and as a process engineer at a semiconductor manufacturing lab. He earned Electrical Engineering and MBA Degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. Kasra is a candidate for the Certified Business Appraiser designation by the Institute of Business Appraiser.
