Alpha Omega Partners Inc. and Stony Point Capital Partners LLC have merged to create Alpha Omega Capital Partners LLC. The company was formed to serve the investment banking needs of privately held companies in the Southeast. The combined company brings together the investment banking and venture capital experience of Stony Point Capital Partners with the merger and acquisition and operations experience of Alpha Omega Partners. Tony Vincent will serve as president of the new firm.
